I couldn’t have done it without Loretta. It’s that simple.
As a first time homebuyer, I was riddled with questions and nerves galore – all at the same time. Loretta never once got frustrated with me and was always there to answer any insane question I had with expertise and patience. She always had my back. If I ever sell this place and move on, Loretta will definitely be my realtor again!
Not only did I get a professional realtor, but more importantly, I gained a friend.

In late March I moved into a lovely town house where I have found some much need serenity and a great new outlook on life. Every day I am aware that if it were not for Loretta Brown’s caring and diligence, I would not be here.
When I first called Loretta I wasn’t too sure what I wanted, only that I needed to accomplish it very discreetly. After a brief period good things began to happen and we found my home. I fell in love with it immediately, only to lose it in a multiple.
Knowing how disappointed I was, Loretta immediately began pressing hard for a back-up offer before we looked at other places. With little hope I continued my search with Loretta. Then came the news that the successful bidders had suffered a family illness and could not complete a timely escrow. Loretta was there, follow-up in hand, and she stayed with it back and forth until the property was mine. Because it was such a desirable property I could easily have lost it again, but Loretta was not going to let that happen.
I am grateful for Loretta’s caring, personal interest and for her diligence that secured me such a delightful home.
It is good to hear the name Keller Williams Realty and to know that people like Loretta Brown work there.
We have worked with Loretta Brown twice over the last year; first in’98 to purchase our property in Venice, and again in ’99 to sell the same property due to a company relocation. Loretta has been a pleasure to work with! She is extremely organized, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. The property on Amoroso was our first home purchase and we truly felt we could trust Loretta on all issue which needed to be covered in order to close the house.
The sale of our property was somewhat more difficult, due to the attitude of the buyer. Loretta managed this difficult relationship extremely well, ensuring that we were sheltered from the unnecessary negative issues related to the sale. I must also commend Loretta on her good judgements she handed the closing of that deal to Sandy Berens when she felt it was important to include a third, more objective, party in the final discussions.
Again, kudos to a great team member and a wonderful personality. I highly recommend Loretta and thank her for all the hard work and partnership over the last year.
To whom it may concern,
This is a letter of recommendation for Loretta Brown, who was my realtor when I co-purchased my new home in January, 1997.
As a first-time home buyer I was “green”. Loretta led me through this very difficult process with the highest professionalism. From the first day of house hunting to the day escrow closed, she was very thorough in explaining the procedures. She kept constant communication with me and resolved problems efficiently as they arose. Her wonderful sense of humor helped reduce the stress of home buying tremendously. S was a joy to work with.
I would recommend Loretta to my friends and I will call on her again if I need a realtor.
I am writing you regarding one of your agents, Loretta Brown. My husband and I purchased our first home from Loretta at the end of last year. While that may seem like a simple task, it took over two years of working with us to finally find a “structure” we wanted to call our “home”. Most realtors would have give up by then, assuming we would never buy a house, not Loretta.
However, her persistence was not what impressed my husband and I the most. We met with many realtors before choosing Loretta, and I have to tell you some should not be licensed by the state – but none before her were ever completely honest with us, nor did they listen to what we wanted. I’m sure everyone selling real estate knows what’s best for my husband and I, but she’s the only one that listened to what we wanted. Not only was she honest and attentive, but also patient. Not once did we feel pressured, let alone high pressure, that other realtors insist upon to do their business. She is the perfect person to sell us our first home.
While in escrow, my husband and I had several business trips that couldn’t be changed. I think we were out of the state for the majority of escrow. Loretta kept us informed. I’m not sure we would have been able to close the deal without the faxes, Airborne, voice-mail, and pagers – but I’m certainly glad we had them at our disposal. It’s rather ironic that Loretta didn’t even have a cellular phone when we met her.
But merely selling us the house wasn’t all she has defined as her job. After the deal closed, we found termites. Not knowing what to do, we called Loretta. She took it upon herself to take care of the problem, and do it within 24 hours so it didn’t delay us moving in. I’m sure that most realtors would have told us to call the inspector and handle it ourselves. She still checks in on us to see the progress we’re making with the remodeling tasks we have undertaken.
Loretta was a godsend to us. We didn’t just find a realtor, we found a friend.
